About me
I specialize in providing support for individuals dealing with the aftermath of trauma, relational challenges, and anxiety. I embrace a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive and client-centered approach. I am also the co-owner and co-director of The Therapy Group.
In our work together, I will provide a supportive and empathetic space where we can explore the underlying factors contributing to your difficulty finding joy, connecting with others, and managing emotional overwhelm. Together, we'll work on developing coping strategies, identifying and addressing underlying issues, and fostering a deeper understanding of yourself. My style can be described as relaxed, intuitive and compassionate.
We will explore modalities such as EMDR, DBT, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy and mindfulness, allowing us to forge lasting change. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating and scary. My hope is that our first discussion together can leave you feeling empowered for having taken the first step.
