I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Naturopath in Quebec. I approach each client with grace and compassion, meeting them where they are. I am an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist, and I offer this modality both virtually and in-person. I work from an attachment lens and employ a trauma-informed approach to therapy.

In my practice, I have witnessed clients develop healthy coping skills and navigate various life transitions such as relocation, parenting, retirement, and grief. I believe in the significance of pursuing a meaningful life and consider it a privilege to assist clients in uncovering their paths to deeper living. Through a safe and supportive environment, I aim to help clients cultivate resilience and discover new ways to grow through life's challenges.

Quebec clients with insurance benefits can claim my receipts under either counselling or naturopathy. Ontario clients can claim receipts under psychotherapy.
