About me
I am a clinical social worker with extensive experience working with youth and families in the community. I strive to equip my clients with tools that will ultimately help enhance their quality of life and lead to happy, healthy, and fulfilling futures.

For the past decade, I have focused on providing a safe and nurturing space where my clients feel heard and validated while working through challenges. I believe in implementing mindfulness, CBT, and research-based tools that empower clients to break negative cycles, build resilience, and find balance in their lives. Communication is a priority in my practice, and I foster a collaborative, holistic, and client-centered approach.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and recreational therapy, as well as a master’s degree in social work. Before pursuing my work as a clinical social worker, I worked as an applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapist. I am currently in the process of obtaining my psychotherapy permit through the Quebec Order of Psychologists.

With this diverse background, I am well-equipped to understand human behavior from different perspectives and to appreciate how mental, social, and cultural processes shape how we think, act, and feel.

I believe that finding balance in life is vital, along with incorporating leisure, nature, and mindfulness in our everyday routines. I strive to follow my own advice, finding balance as best I can as a wife and mother of three young kids. I also hope to welcome a therapy dog into my family and practice in the future.
